The Kathleen Babineaux Blanco Public Policy Center addresses Louisiana's most demanding problems, focusing on criminal justice reform, poverty and economic opportunity, governmental ethics, and education. Through in-depth research and thoughtful analysis, the center seeks to offer solutions that improve the quality of life for the state’s citizens. Governor Blanco's gubernatorial papers will be available to researchers and provide a unique vantage point from which to examine an extraordinary period in Louisiana's recent history.
